Mike Neal, Founder and Managing Director

Mike is an experienced investment banker of over 20 years’ experience with a proven track record working with pre-IPO and ASX 300 companies on M&A and capital raising transactions.  Mike has worked as an Executive Director in Equity Capital Markets at Deutsche Bank, ABN Amro, Citi and was jointly responsible for setting up the equity capital markets franchise within Commonwealth Bank of Australia.  Over his career he has raised more than A$20bn of equity or equity linked capital.

Mike has expertise across a range of industries including Technology, Telecoms, Media, Financials, Property, Resources, Oil and Gas, Infrastructure/Utilities, Small Cap and financial sponsors.

Most recently Mike has been focussed on assisting not for profits design, structure and market social impact bonds.
